E0023 (stream B) here,

Applied May 16th, was able to link my application December 4th 2021.

3 days ago I received a request named "Procedural fairness", requesting more proof of worked hours. I just came in over 1700hrs, so made the requirements.
Would there be any reason for IRCC to decline my application even with provided letters from my employers?

Have a great weekend ya'll, have a beer (or two).
If the hours are spread over more than 52 weeks from the date of your application, you should be fine. However, if the 1700 hours worked are within less than 52 weeks, the officers may have additional questions / concerns.

Hello everyone, I applied under stream A Healthcare, Oct 29 2021. I received ecopr today.
I was in India in January when I had received confirmation initially and informed them of my tentative return date to Canada.
During this time I got married and did not disclose it (married in Feb 2023). I realised on my ecopr it mentions status as well. Is it easy to get that changed (informing ircc of my martial status change) or would there be an issue for not disclosing it earlier? Any suggestions are helpful. Thank you.

What @Abbycrocs said ... & I'll add a bit more detail from an earlier post:
  • if you worked more than one eligible NOC, you may combine the hours to achieve the needed 1560 hours minimum
  • however, you must also have worked for at least 1 year, and you can count up to 3 years of hours to reach the 1560
The confusion of 'only counting 30 hours/week' comes from the minimum 1 year requirement. For example, if you worked 40 hours per week for 40 weeks, you will have achieved 1600 hours which is more than 1560, BUT it is not worked over a full year, so they will only count 30 hours of the 40 weeks worked, which is 1200 hours. Why are they counting only 30 hours/week? Because it is a simple way to ensure that you have worked a minimum of 1560 hours over at least one year (52 weeks x 30 hours/week = 1560 hours). So, although they will discount hours over 1560 if worked in less than one year, they will allow you to add more hours to reach the minimum 1560 hours from eligible work done in any of the two earlier years.

Best wishes!

Your file is most likely considered 'finished.' I don't think they will allow you to add your spouse after completing the final step of your application (ie. receiving your official/legal Confirmation of PR which is what the eCOPR is, with only the PR Card to follow as a further confirmation of PR with photo ID for easier use and travel). However, you could send an email to the address you responded to in January (when your weren't married) saying that you filled it out correctly at that time, but you got married in between then & eCOPR. Ask if you may add her now or if you must now to apply for her under Family Class/Spousal which is what I think they will say. But first you should talk to a lawyer, consultant or at least one of the call centre agents. Congratulations on your recent marriage & eCOPR!

There is no consistent or transparent order in processing TR to PR pathway applications. Many steps are still 'in process' even on the day applicants receive their first PR approval email. Best wishes!

After ~8 months of no update, i opened my account to see an update which says that i passed my medical. im pretty sure my medical was passed at some point before, and then "expired", and now "passed" again. A few days later (today), i checked my account again and i saw a ghost update. it's making me hopeful that my application has signs of activity after months of dormancy. lol

You can’t add your spouse now as you already got your ECOPR and you are landed as permanent resident. This is misrepresentation and you cannot sponsor your spouse now however you can certainly email them and tell them your situation. Better to ask immigration lawyer for options. Sorry this happened.

You should consult with a lawyer for sure. There are high chances that it will be the case for misrepresentation and may further can lead to 5 year ban for both. Even for family sponsorship you should consult with lawyer before applying to be on safer side because you guys may need to adjust marriage dates in paper work to avoid misrepresentation. ***That’s just my opinion, check with lawyer to make your decision.***
