Hi guys, I have few questions on behalf of my friend. She applied for TR to PR Essential worker stream July 7th, 2021. Today she received request for additional documents for her past 2 jobs. They have asked for paystubs from her past 2 jobs and description of duties as well for both. She doesn’t have paystubs so I guess ROE will work for both. But for Description of duties what she needs to provide?

TIA

That’s what we thought and she tried to contact her previous employer but there isn’t any response from them. And how far we know her old employer shut down the business.

It’s nothing to worry about. I have found by reading this forum that the people working in the offices of the MPs have less detailed knowledge of the immigration processing and the TR to PR Pathway than we do, often reply with very little useful information, and sometimes even confuse the situation by adding comments based on their vague understanding of how they think processing is being done. It is only a guess but I think an agent told them that Criminality is still in process and they’ve added the bit about it being with CBSA. That may be true but there are lots of people waiting for Criminality (Background Check) to complete and many will get PR before it even shows as being passed (like me). Best wishes!
Thank you so much, is just stressing, since October 2022 my criminality has been processing

I got my GCMS notes 4 AM EST today, it's 30 pages long. Everything is in progress, they are not satisfied with hours of my work experience. I will submit an explanation letter with documents to see if that helps my case. It's long notes and seems that lots going on behind doors guys :) we do not see that. I am impatient too :) but it's what it's.

Curious, for the international graduate stream, is there a minimum number of work hours to show? On the IRCC website the eligibility requirements only say “be currently occupied” and doesn’t mention any minimum number of hours.

You will not ‘send’ the photo by email. You will be provided with instructions in another email with a portal link and asked to create a new password in that portal, and then upload the photo through the portal and verify your address for the PR card to be mailed.
Thank you very much

what were the steps for contacting IRCC again? thank you!
Someone just posted it some page back. You can also try to find using the search function. It’s easier doing it on your computer. You can also search by Cheramie. You can see the history of her posts
