If Citizenship Test Letter says:TEST START DATE: 2023/03/20 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time TEST END DATE: 2023/04/09 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time But you live in the Pacific timezone (Vancouver) , can you technically do the test on 2023/03/19 at 9:00 PM ?

Is In test invitation email your file or application no is written on top.
