Hi! Updating my timeline if it can bring visibility to those waiting from VO Montreal:

Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - 2 Dec 2022 (still says in Review on portal)
eCoPR generation date - 27 Jan 2023
PR Card approved and sent (finally!!!) - 18 March 2023 (no email or GU, only by randomly checking my GC account)

Thank you! I don’t think contacting IRCC works most of the time, it’s probably just the backlog and waiting list finally clearing up…

I hope I will get some good news this coming week, am waiting for my pr card from Montréal VO too, got my ecopr on 30th January

Did you get an ghost update? I saw one on Monday 14th/03 by checking my gckey account and on my PR portal account the address showed as accepted since the time I uploaded it

Thank you! I hope everyone waiting will get the same news next week. I didn’t get any news at all until yesterday so don’t lose hope if no update so far.

Quite a few Montreal VO updates have been posted here in the last few days that give a confirmation that things are picking up on that side. Let’s hope it continues. Fingers crossed .

Its been a week since I received my eCOPR, but still no update on my spouse's(outland) PPR letter.
Calling IRCC agent doesn’t help at all. They just ask to wait. I also tried by emailing them on Portal email_id 1.
I don’t know what new actions I need to take to get PPR letter asap.

Any suggestions ???

I got my eCOPR on FEB 7th from Etobicoke still did not get any updates called so many times did webform 3 times, but no luck. I have travel plan next week. Butthis people do not even transfer the call to agent just the tape.

I recevied credentials today, first email on March 1st.

Contacted IRCC by call on Friday, turns out that, they already set on March 1st. But somehow they sent it to wrong email address, and even Status Tracker was showing someone else email address in my account, that's totally strange.

They told me to write an email to Technical team at IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca for the credentails query.

Recevied a response of email, followed by a phone call from Technical team and they sent the credentails while I was on call with her.

I suggest, anyone waiting for the Portal email - 2 for more than two weeks, try to call lRCC and and the same time contact the tech team by email.
