Hey guys enough is enough. Any of you who have been going through mental trauma because of incompetent and discriminatory IRCC officers, do the following, I did it already and will repeat it tomorrow -

1.) Order GCMS notes
2.) Find the repID# of the officers handling your TR to PR application
3.) Note it down and be sure to file an official complaint through webform and the feedback form

Best option would be if your MP can send an email filing complaint about inactivity referring those officers' repIDs, that would have even more impact

I'm gonna file a complaint for sure. My PGWP and OWP both expired, and now they telling me I might have to wait till 2024 meanwhile I have no way to further my career I am forced to remain in sub par entry-level jobs.

Pathetic system and quite incompetent. I call them idiots. I wish I knew before coming to this pathetic place full of suffering. Filing complaints wont help coz this pathetic pathway has no timeline so no one can take responsibility. I even wrote to the office of the *M, MP, House of commons...nobody cares. What criteria r these idiots using to hand out this paper that has destroyed so many life's. My 6 years of wasted life now white hair is all I see on my head....My God is watching

If you don't receive it by the time you leave, you can ask someone who you live with to send it to you (if that's your case)

I think it’s at the bottom of each page. Around bottom left. Also look for any other repIDs mentioned at any page on your notes. It would be something like “Assigned by: AB03463” something of that sorts

Hello all,

Can someone please help me in this situation. My friend got an email from IRCC saying that application is approved and is asking for details ( name,uci,email, entry date, are you currently inside or outside canada).

Currently, my friend is in India, he recieved email on March 17, 2023, will be returning to Canada on March 23, 2023.

Should he respond back to the email saying that he is outside canada and returning on March 23 or should he reply once he lands Canada?

What would be the best way for such situation?


(P.S This is May 7, 2023 applicatioln submitted under IG Stream)

I ordered GCMS notes in Feb 2023 and i had not received anything from them. How can I quickly get it? Any contact number to reach department?
Last week i called ircc on Monday and Friday to see if there is any changes in mu application. And agent told nothing and call less like why? I am worried that if i call them too often can it impact my file?

You need to reply to it. And informed them that you are outside Canada and will be returning back on this date.

No, it won’t impact your file. Gcms notes are your right. If it’s delaying, you can file an official complaint to Office of Information Commissioner. They will look into it & eventually you will get the notes
