It's been over 100 or maybe 110 days since since I got AOR+MP. Nothing after that. No ADR or PAL. Last I checked with IRCC on phone, they said Application is in background check (same as gckey BG status) and PVO is Etobicoke. I thought since I'm within the processing timeline, there is not much I can do at this point.. So I decided I will NOT log into my gckey account to check status.. but I end up checking 3~4 times a day (more than before). I think something is wrong with me or maybe something in the unknown is happening I don't know what it is. Anyways..
@SCW - How is it going for you?
Hello
@mcdonal22 - I just saw your post. The last activity I had on my account was around the 20th of November 2022. There has been no movement in my GCKey account since then. However, when I called IRCC in Jan, the call centre agent said all was complete. This was reconfirmed by another IRCC call centre agent in Feb. They also said that they cannot send a message about my case to the visa office since it is within processing times. Now my application is at 16 months. I fully expect my processing time to go over 20 months. It is a dismal state of affairs. This is having an impact on many aspects of my life and that of my family.
About the mental strain, I want to tell you that it is very bad. I too have made many resolutions not to check my account more than once a day. However, there are many days when I check it multiple times a day. I also know that there are many more like us. So, the only thing I can say is that there is nothing wrong with any of us; we are stuck in a system that is wrong.
Can I please ask which stream you are in?
Spoke to IRCC, security started in January end still in progress. Dont know how long this takes
Is anyone from the Edmonton office ?? My primary office is Edmonton only
My Vo is Edmonton too

Hey, why don't you try with MP?
I know you are within processing time, but I would still reach out and say that they confirmed all was passed but never received the decision and that you are stuck in limbo.
I'm glad the agent shared that info with you. I will call them next week to see if I'm in a similar situation, and if yes, will reach out to MP
Are your docs still "under review"?

@RedTree. Well, the MP route might work, but
@Sami88 has not had any luck, and they are in the same situation as me. Nonetheless, worth a try, i guess. And, yes, on the MyCIC account, my docs are under review and so is my eligibility and criminal check. However, when i called, the agent went so far as to say, "your application is approved but it is not finalized".
Thanks

When you are desperate enough, perhaps approach of user airforce(?) might work - Self initiatively sending info. Well, im not supporting this, but im keeping this in the back of my head for bad times lol. Hope your case will be resolved soon

lol, yes, that was a good one!
Got my PR card in the mail on Friday. I am so impressed with IRCC - they did everything ahead of schedule in my application, feeling super thankful. There was no update in my GCKey or PR Portal, all showing "picture in review" etc.
They wrote such a beautiful letter: "Thank you for choosing Canada!" "We hope you apply for citizenship!"
Bought my Canadian house too

Congratulations!
For SINP holders, did anyone get Data Breach Notice in email? found it very weird.

Yes, who cares. What is an imposter going to do with your nomination details anyway? Not that I'm saying organizations shouldn't take care of their data, but good luck trying to apply for PR with my nomination certificate lol

Ha ha, that is a laughable truth.
I am just good concerned because haven't got my approval for PR yet, once I get, who cares
Hello,
Is there any excel file for the PR application timeline?
Can you please share it? So, I can submit it?
Is it a correct observation that recent submissions from AR to AOR happens between 2 to 3 months from 2021's over 8 months?

yes, that certainly appears to be an accurate observation based on
publicly available data.
