I got a request letter to submit Original Police Clearance Certificate, I went to the Canadian Embassy but they denied to take it. Could you please help me to understand where should I send?
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate This must be received at this office by: 2023/03/15

You should've an ADR request on your GCKey where you can upload the PCC.

Yes, there is a option to upload but I already provided a soft copy when I submitted my application. I thought they need physical copy, what you think?
I missed "Original" written in your post. Did you upload a black and white scanned copy of the PCC? Just asking in case they considered it to be not original. They usually need a colored (the stamp should be in color to indicate original) PCC copy.

It is ghost update. Unless you have a new message in your GCkey, nothing to worry about. When was your AOR?

@iSaidGoodDay oh ok ! End of feb - 27. Weird that there is an update and nothing there haha
Yeah, there are speculations around what these ghost updates (GUs) mean. Here's an entire thread on it: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/application-stages-what-they-mean-mep-ip1-ip2-ghost-update-version-2019.612656/

People correlate GUs with getting RFVs/PPR or things moving. In reality, those are just speculations that have neither been proven to be true or wrong.

@iSaidGoodDay what is the difference between RFV and PPP?
I assume you mean PPR. Both are same - people refer to these terms interchangeably. Whenever your application processing is complete , IRCC would ask you to submit your passport ( wherever applicable) through Ready for Visa (RFV) email OR Passport Request (PPR) letter through your account.

Effectively, RFV email in itself would qualify as PPR :D

Ok, is this applicable to people who come from countries that don't need a visa to go to Canada?
