Cool. I thought I was the only unlucky one. Seems like all SCR ones are.
My test has been marked completed since Jan 23 and ECAS's last update still shows "we started processing your file on Jan 8"
Mine says the same thing, only other information is about finger prints that they sent message about. Nothing about test completed or sent. So ECAS may be limited in that.

Right!! They indeed are very disconnected from each other
Got an update this morning
office: Vancouver
AOR : Oct 12
Test invite and FP request: Jan 23
Completed test and passed: Jan 31
Test updated to complete : Feb 4
Background complete: Feb 14
LPP complete: March 14
Oath: not started
Now I’m just wondering how long it take before I’m required to take the oath? I have a vacation planned for March 20th - April 5th and I don’t want to reschedule the oath date as I’m afraid that might complicate things lol

you should be fine. There is generally gap of 3 weeks between Oath letter and actual ceremony date. But we have seen sometimes a gap of week also.
Hi, my BG was completed on Jan18. I have not received the test invite yet. Is this normal? Should I call IRCC? Please advise.

nothing abnormal in that , it could take months after BG turned completed .however, the timeline we are seeing lately is between 10 days to 2 months .But it could take Even more than that! And it doesn’t mean that your application is normal or not .. it is just the wonders of how IRCC works.

We all followed same timeline till test completion so I am hoping we will all see next progress together that LPP turns completed n then oath.

Fingers crossed. Checking previous months on tracker, all Toronto ones are slowly going down in the list

Won't be surprised if same case is with us. It is so sad to see that not even a single person from Scarborough or Toronto office has received any updates, while all other offices are working at a great pace.
