How did you recive your certificate ? was it in the mail or did you find a notice? did it have dont forward note?

In the mail. No notice. The only warning on it was "Do Not Bend".

In your case, I will advise you not to write to IRCC in advance. You can just talk to the agent conducting the checks during the ceremony. I think its faster that way. I sent them an email in advance and my request was denied, meanwhile those who talked to the agent on same day had theirs approved, because it's live and depending on your situation they may show some empathy.

Meanwhile, they would usually approve for emergency cases, like bereavement, illness, etc. For instance, if an applicant need to travel due to illness of a family member/relative.

2 to 4 weeks, but comes earlier. Once your status is completed, start checking your mail.

By status completed do you mean on ECAS or tracker? My ECAS says completed since yesterday but tracker is still in progress.

I had my oath ceremony on March 2nd and am going through the passport application process right now separately…How long has it been taking everyone to get their passport? I anticipate it taking until the end of the month. I’m based in Toronto

If you apply at the passport office, they will 99% mail it out in 10 business days and up to 5 days of mailing. so expect 3 weeks

You can pay more for express and urgent service

Thanks Sepidnour this really helped. I got an option for call back and they called me back so that I did not have to wait on the line.
IRCC says they mailed/prepared the certificates on Feb 22nd ( a day after the Oath) however yet to receive, should I send an email to the office handling the case that I have not received or wait for 6 weeks (does it really take 6 weeks to reach?) to do so? Or raise a webform query?

Has anyone who did their online oath on march 10th (Mississauga) receive their certificate? Or even had any updates to their tracker?

Yes ! but they said it hasn’t been mailed out yet and they didn’t know why she took about 30 mins to check the status of my file and then told me i dont know!
Looks like they’re just lazy to mail out these…

Hey guys, I’ve finally got my certificate today! Well apparently yesterday (the only day which I haven’t checked my mails)… I received it after 5 weeks.
