Visit Visa to Super Visa Opinion Required

Hello everyone
My mother just got visitor visa from pakistan after 8 months
At the time when i applied for visitor visa i was not eligible to sponsor Super visa but now i have filed my tax and i am eligible for Super visa
I just want to know can i apply for super visa while she is in pakistan or when she come yo canada that time i should apply? Still any chances for rejection? Does it effect visit visa if we don't get super visa etc

She must apply for the supervisa from Pakistan. You need to wait for CRA to confirm your NOA. Submitting your taxes is not enough.

Why is a NOA from CRA required? As per IRCC https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...arent-grandparent-super-visa/eligibility.html

NOA or T4 is one of the documents other documents like pay stub, employer letter are also Valid

Think positive, have your documents in Order, prove home ties to Home country, make sure you meet LICO and Hope for the best.

Super Visa Rejection doesn't affect Visitor Visa

Your mom was issued a visitor visa after eight months. So I would recommend you to first let your mom travel to Canada and go back to Pakistan before 6 months. When she is back in her home country you can apply for a Super Visa if you till want. This shows to the VO that your mom is not intending to stay her permanently.

Super Visa lets your mom stay in Canada for more than 6 months at a time without needing to extend her stay. For Super Visa you also have to show proof of medical insurance. However, visitor visa or super visa, I would always recommend getting medical insurance for your parents.
