I didn't send my language certificates when apply in 2021. Seems It's been changed.
Hi I have the same question but I can see that they request the language test but it depends on your NOC , So If your NOC TEER 4 & 5 they will need the language test. This is what I understood and I'm not sure if any one have any information about that guys ?

Do you guys know the mean processing time for QSW after CSQ?
I have doubts between trying the EE pathway or the Arrima.

Thanks in advance

Finally, they asked for my passport (outlander). I have a question. Should I just send my passport and photos to the vfs center or I should make a visa application on cic from the beginning?

Really? IMM5690 has it on the checklist though (number 12): https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5690e.pdf

It says in bold, "You must include a copy of your language test results with your application to IRCC."
Does anyone who applied recently has more concrete information about this? I can't seem to find anything in the instruction guide for Quebec Skilled Worker Class.

I applied in August last year and didn't have to take any language tests, although it seems like the 08-2022 version of the checklist also had a box for language tests for QSW program.

Now, some friends are submitting their federal application and they are worried that they have to take the language tests.

Where did you see this information about language tests being requested for specific NOCs?

Congratulations !! What needs to be sent to VFS center are clearly mentioned on the passport request letter. Send only what has been asked to avoid any confusion & delays. Some VFS may ask for additional docs besides passport, photos & payment. Check at your VFS center webpage once before sending documents. Goodluck.

Is there anyone had the experience of applying for temporary visit visas for "non-accompanying" family members? is it easy to obtain and what is the duration of it?

Thanks for this infromation. We are expecting to initialate the CSQ procedure. (My wife got VJO for a job outside Montreal). She works in NOC TEER 5.

I was wondering if she will need to submit a language test at Federal level so she can prepare for one in advance.

My account still shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements". What about you?
Received PAL in Nov last year..eligibility status still shows as urs...however GCMS notes says eligibility passed. Usually Pre arrival letter is issued after eligibility passed.

Background will keep showing as processing till the security check is complete...which is initiated after medicals passed. Would suggest you go for CBSA notes as it shows the status of security check if initiated.

Hope.. to have answered your questions

Hello!

I received by eCOPR on Feb 5th but did not receive by PR card yet (current processing time is 36 days). I understand that times vary and actual mail delivery adds to this. But I'm wondering if at least there is a way to know that the card was sent already?
