Then how did you got communication for RFV? Via email? I thought IRCC would reach out via GCKey only.

For PNP-O applicants, After MEP, the status of Background check changes to "We are processing your background check, We wil send you a message if we need more information." Does it mean IP(1) is skipped? Thank you!
