ok, need to check with Toronto BLS, ( Lawrence) -
I already have 1 Physical photo, with me, and the same will upload online,
I feel, some people who does'nt get photos from home, will get from BLS ( they will give '2' photos) 1 photo they will keep, other photo to upload.

need to wait who has done, OCI from Lawrence recently.

I'll start with reporting to Sampark and then official ticket with BLS.

I applied on February 4th, Under process at Consulate on Feb 21.
Got documents back on Feb 24.

So, you should get it sometime this week or early next week.

Seems they mailed me back my Surrender Certificate

OCI Portal also shows application as acknowledged (Submission Date Feb 11)

No. Date of Acknowledgement is on OCI website. It takes about 3 weeks to appear on OCI website with Date of Acknowledgement and will show "under Process. hopefully you will find this updated info on OCI website by end of next week

Is "Under process" and Processing at High Commision the same? What are the next steps?

Once status changes on OCI website to Printed / dispatched date, approximately it takes another week. Which office you applied at?

Is the acknowledgement received by email?
I sent my postal application on 17-Feb and today it shows under process on BLS tracker
However on OCI Status Enquiry it says no records found

Acknowledgement shows up on OCI tracker. It showed no records found for me for almost 5-6 weeks too before the ack.

Based on sayedsameer84 timeline, they are processing applications acknowledged in February, so you can expect the status change in any time from now, as early as tomorrow or Monday- Wednesday next week. Check your status tomorrow after 5

No first surrender needs to be done and then once you receive the surrender certificate and cancelled Indian passport back(this takes between 3-4 weeks) you can apply for OcU (this takes about 6-8 weeks)

Can one submit a OCI application for spouse and minor at the center without them being physically there,
