AOR : Jan 20th , Follow your application email on feb 1st
I m still unable to create an account in the tracker (anyone else around the same dates has the same issue ?)
The tracker webpage seems toexperience a lot of technical difficulties (at least i dont this f**** message about invalid information)
Everyone's application starts in Sydney, NS or New Waterford, NS (new location, some paper apps redirected there) before being sent to a more local office post AOR and BG. Your test and oath email will come from a local office

Look like they need more information or documents from you. Have you also received any letter with this explaining exactly what they need from you? Could be anything: a better scan version of a passport document, a PR card, or an additional ID verification document scan. maybe, if you have a couple of passports, they also want to see previously expired passports. Anyway, the letter should include and indicate clarification on the document(s).

I already provided what they needed a day after receiving the email. They were basically looking for one of the expired passports. Since I provided the required additional documents back in Jan, the status is the same in terms of "Send us additional information". Was looking to understand does it go away, if so when? Just want to make sure it's reflected on my file.

I see what you mean. The "Send us additional information" thingy should go away as soon as they acknowledge and accept the requested document. Technically, it should be there after they get what they need. However, the update on March 1 can be related to some other stage of processing the application. Or, the officer simply left an inside communication note. Anyway, it should go away.
