Looks like you entered the wrong option. I never called them before, the number I dialed is +1 (888) 242-2100, listen carefully for the options, one of them is “if you have submitted or sponsored your…” it is confusing but that’s the one. Input your UCI, year of birth etc., select “check your application status” listen through those information which is the same as in your account, then press 0 for agent. They will tell you the wait time and then you can leave a Canadian phone number for them to call you back.
