What was the reason for your termination? Was it a layoff, or an issue specific to you (performance, behaviour etc.).
Does your nomination certificate/do any of your communications from SINP state that you must notify SINP in the event of a change of job status/termination? If so, your first and mandatory action is to tell SINP first that you've lost your job.

Your application for permanent residence has been approved. The final step in processing your application is to confirm your permanent residence and create your permanent resident card. You’ll complete this process through the Permanent Resident Portal (PR Confirmation).
In the portal, you’ll confirm that you and your dependents are in Canada, provide your Canadian address and submit your photo to create your permanent resident card.
You need to access the portal yourself. Your representative cannot access the portal on your behalf.
If you are a representative and receiving this message on behalf of a client, you must forward the message to your client.

Given the message you took from IRCC at Portal 1 stage, can we suppose that the first sentence is a proof that someone in Canada pay domestic fee rather than international fee for the college?
Is there anybody who have experienced or known similar scenario?

I think you need your eCOPR/COPR in order to get domestic fees at a Canadian University as it's the document that gives the specific date that you become a Canadian permanent resident, before that you are just approved but not "landed"

I got portal 1 2 months after PAL. But remember, I live in Newfoundland, and IRCC had instructions to speed up PRs for Newfoundland, so yeah. It might be different for yall lmao
HI Airforce, I am in NL, but my PAL from August 29, 2022, ADR reviewing on Nov 30, 2022, MP on October 2022, but I am still waiting for portal 1. Could you please let me know PR applicants in NL who you know all get PR approval? Is there anyone in NL waiting like me? I am so worried! Many thanks!

Hi there, i am also Ar april and still waiting for portal1. Your timeline is kind of faster than other april ar applicants. But i am looking closely at most of timelines. Now people who applied in march 2022 are getting portal1 now. I think our turn will be soon.
