If you respond right now, you will likely get the next Portal email within a few days and can confirm your address & upload the digital photo and be in the queue for ECOPR and PR card which seems to be taking some time right now (~6 weeks, though some are getting it in more or less time). If your travel documents are up to date you could vacation during the part of the process that has the longest wait time. Perhaps others on this forum have this exact experience??? Any other comments?
However, personally, I would respond to it right now with the explanation that you just provided plus a little more detail, for example, that you are in Canada right now but have a vacation booked to XYZ country from dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy, and ask them for their advice on how best to proceed. If you do this, please let us know what they say. Best wishes!
Thank you, CherAmie. I replied to the email including my travel duration, to where, the date coming back, and asking for advice. After a couple of days, they replied to me and saying my PR processing will resume when I come back to Canada after I submit them proof of my return to Canada. So I don’t have to worry about it

Which category are people applying in Express Entry because I see processing times for CEC and skilled worker extend past 12 months?
I need to apply for the 6 months processing time so that i get mine before summer

Why do you need it before summer? Is your current status expiring? You can apply for the "OWP under TR to PR Pathway" which should be processed by then and be valid until Dec 31, 2024. (However, you are likely to get PR sooner than that.) And, you're still free to apply to other PR programs if you want to. But, if your biggest concern is about maintaining valid work status, by applying for the "OWP under TR to PR Pathway" before the expiry of your current work permit, you also 'maintain' the status of your last valid permit while you wait for the both a new OWP &/or PR. Best wishes!

Okay so I have a case which is most probably normal but here it goes:
A few days ago my Work Permit got refused and I had to go through an agent to apply for it again.
It also has been more than 90 days since my graduation.
I also have a visitor visa which until my passport expires.
So, my question is if I’m able to flagpole for my work permit?
I have all the required documents for that.

Don't do it. Had heard about 1 guy whose wp was torn by a cbsa officer at poe. Read it on fb, not sure how valid was his statement but he had shared about his friend's incident.
I got my GCMS notes 4 AM EST today, it's 30 pages long. Everything is in progress, they are not satisfied with hours of my work experience. I will submit an explanation letter with documents to see if that helps my case. It's long notes and seems that lots going on behind doors guys we do not see that. I am impatient too but it's what it's.
