Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a result after submitting a request to acces information through the Privacy Act?
I've been waiting since August! In the confirmation email you receive right after submission, there was a temporary tracking number. Where can I track the application?

did you apply online or by paper? renewal is different than first time WPs.

It is all about who is handling your file .
my spouse and I applied. He got his in 10 days .mine is still pending since October 2022 .

yes AOR isn't mandatory when they are asking that means they are processing already why don't you link your application at cic.gc.ca and check ecas status

We see that you have a representative tied to this application. Your representative has access to your application.

If you no longer want to use a representative and access the application yourself, you can cancel your representative by filling out the Use of a representative form [IMM5476] (PDF, 647.96 kb) and choose "cancelling the appointment of a representative."

After completing the form, you can upload it here:

I guess so, some officers like to put stacked files on top of each other and just stare at them.
