I got my photo from london drugs and when I was uploading it, it gave me an error saying " too bright error" then when I clicked next it said "the visa officer will adjust the photo sizing and brightness if required"... so I am not sure if it matters to get it from walmart or london drugs or shoppers or anywhere, they are just being very picky on photo requirements for no reason.
Man... just when I thought I was free from their bs, now this.
The problem is that I was done with the photo process already, I got no warnings when I was uploading it and even got eCOPR some days after. I Even got my SIN number changed today with the eCOPR. I was thinking that if your picture is not approved, you would not even get eCOPR...
I believe those with criminal in progress and security not started will be processed next...also if ur application date was mid June and late July...that was the sequence of issuing aor
following up on this question- don't know what to do with the client copy- I know we need to sign it but then where to submit or go to nearest port of exist and entry again or do what- no idea. Kinda lost here lol
I am PR candidate qualified for both FSW and CEC. Got an ITA while I was in Canada, submitted all the documents except PCC for which I only uploaded the empty form just to complete my application so that I can get an AOR because I was in a rush to travel to India. Now, IRCC emailed me asking for the PCC, so my question is can I file for PCC from inside India or I have to go back to Canada and then file for PCC?

I believe for SIN and other stuff ecopr is fine and photo approval does not matter for such stuff. Photo approval is just for your PR card- I feel the officer was not able to adjust the photo maybe that's why he ended up rejecting it.
But hey, on the bright side you know they are working fast on your file and you may receive your pr card way soon!
