I have the chance to speak to IRCC this morning. No any news yet in my application. Still in process since January 2022. We pray for the best.

You already have PR PORTAL ACCOUNT, so it kinda make sense if there are no login credentials attached to the email. It would be duplicate account if they set up a new one. Try sign into your account and scroll all the way down to View my PR CARD APPLICATION. Not the PR Application option.

I didn’t receive the ecopr yet, I need to access that pr confirmation at the portal , but that link is not available for me , for some issue . If go to way down to view my pr card application , there is a question : when I become pr ( date ) , I don’t have this date because I didn’t confirmed my pr status …

I send email toIRCC pr portal , I am waiting to their answer. I am worried because I have 7 days to confirm my pr status…
What happens if I don’t do it in 7 days ????

How should a support letter look like please? Having difficulty trying to figure out how it should look like, thank you.

Like a regular business letter.
At the top - The author's name, address and contact details
Next section - The address/name of recipient (IRCC and address)
Body of the letter with support arguments
Signature and date at the bottom

You can Google "reference letters" to get a Word template
