Received another portal email while waiting for CoPR

Hello all,

I received my portal email on Jan 19, 2023. I replied to it on Feb 4, 2023. Received the credentials on Feb 7 and updated my address and uploaded the photo on the same day.

Now today (Feb 15), I received another portal 1 email asking me for the Name, email, UCI, etc. That PDF has today's date mentioned on it. Has anyone else faced the same issue?

I haven't heard of this. Honestly, IRCC's incompetency has no bounds - they simply can't keep track, or have an extremely poor way of keeping track, of people in the virtual landing queue. So they make it easier for themselves by asking you for info again because they don't have the technical ability or skills to manage the system properly. I would respond to it again and put in bold that you've already provided this information on xyz dates.

Yes, this is what I did. I responded to it saying that I have done so and so. I have also attached the letter that I received with my first portal email. Let's see what happens.

It's so frustrating, you at first feel a relief after submitting the info via portal and then IRCC drop more pain on you by giving other people eCoPR even though were approved after. Prepare for that - I'm 20 days in and people who applied after, or on the same date, or even slightly before got theirs within 1-7 days. Fuck this shit.

Yeah, people are getting it in 3-4 days or max a week and it's been 8-9 days for me
