Did Tried all the possible combinations and still same error. How long usually it takes from the submission date to create tracker account, does IRCC Email you that know you can create account on tracker or not?

No idea
Being from IT background I feel they will create your tracking history only once you have any update, like medical passed or BIL etc.

Maybe others on these forums have better information on this

The tracker says updated Feb 9th but when I opened its still showing updated Feb 9th and login Feb 11th, but nothing inside changed. Anyone saw that?
