Hi All,
I also had US visa rejected twice. I didn't read the question completely and assumed that it was meant for Canada. When i was checking few blogs i came here. I realized my mistake and raised a web form. I haven't got any email or acknowledgement as such. Any idea how much time it is taking nowadays?
Hi Ankur,
Sorry for the late reply. Was very busy and couldn't connect. I have got the approval. Don't worry we have informed them prior that is more important and this should not be of any concern. I also checked this issue with Kubeir sir and he also said the same. As long as we have given them the information on time there should not be any issue.

Immediately you informed them you don’t have to worry. I had the same issue I informed ircc 1 month after AOR through webform. Two month after I received an acknowledgment of receipt of my webform and I got my ppr.
Hi everyone,
I live in Canada with Work Permit. I applied for PR last month. However, I forgot to mention about US visa denial for my Work Permit as well as my PR application. My current PR application status is "Medical Pass" status. If I inform IRCC now about the previous Visa refusal, does it has a negative impact on my current Work Permit?
Since my work permit is already approved, without mentioning previous US Visa refusal, can I assume that it will go unnoticed on my PR application?

I think Canada share their data with US, so its most likely this will get unnoticed. It happens a lot that in contrast with other visa subcategories and PR category lots of things went unnoticed and ignored, the details are much more verified. You might want to ask for professional help in this case.

No worries.
The thing is that you had already did the misinterpretion. I think it is better to declare it now. See the thing is you had already forgot to mention it and IRCC will get to know that once they verify that. Atleast there might be a chance that the officer will get convinced and won't give you a ban and just a refusal.

So, This is not a Visa refusal, but an application for a state sponsorship decline. If they grant it successfully, it will be like a sponsorship by the state.

Well, I applied for 491 from outside of Australia, At that time, I don't think they introduced EE in Australia. This is a long time back. but Yes, I understand there could be a negative impact. I will submit a web form with a Letter of explanation and inform IRCC. Better safe than sorry, right?
Thank you very much for your feedback @Taran D . I really appreciate your time and knowledge.
