Can I accept ITA if I am on maintained/implied status?

I applied for the implied status before expiry of my work permit. the only thing is i received my LMIA postive extension from eployer today

If you applied to extend your work permit before your work permit expired, then you have implied status. The way you described the situation in your first post made it sound like you are only submitting the extension application now. The LMIA does not give you implied status. What gives you implied / maintained status is submitting the work permit extension before your original work permit expires.

So in that case Can I accept my ITA and keep my 50 points as LMIA job offer still valid? right
