2 weeks for everything. My background check was marked completed on the 25th of January.
Test Invite email with window of Feb 1-21st, was received on Jan 30th.
Took my test on Feb 3rd, was marked completed on the tracker yesterday and this morning the rest of the items were marked completed.
No information on oath yet.

Did you receive an email with the oath information or was your ecas updated and later you received the email?
I'm trying to find this info on previous posts of other applicants.

@2017CanadaHo! There was an update on the tracker today.
Did your Oath Ceremony status changed to completed?
Mine still shows the same in progress.
From other in the forum, looks like the wait for a reschedule in Mississauga Office is around 5 weeks.
I have sent in an urgent request but keeping my fingers crossed that my officer will look into soon as he or she always has.

My FP request came eailer than you have no update and no result at all.

Tracker updated this morning to reflect the FP request. There is a 2 day delay between action and what shows up on the tracker in "normal" cases, but have seen longer delays as well. Not very reliable it seems.

I have scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to have those done with an agency.
Glad to see progress coming, and hopefully for everyone else waiting.

Only IRCC can answer. They may be opening in some time.

your fingers won't have to stay crossed for long! best wishes.
first ECAS showed decision made, then tracker showed invite sent, then email received with the invite (check the dates in my signature for full sequence)

tracker got updated today (3 days after the ceremony) as "closed"
Your citizenship application status: Closed
Reason: We have approved your application to become a Canadian citizen.
Congratulations!
You are now a Canadian citizen. Welcome to the Canadian family!

yours will show in progress even after you've taken the oath as did mine.

yeah cos you've asked for rescheduling, they may only schedule you once the regular folks' scheduling has been done. (if don't know if there's an option but) you can try telling them that both virtual and in-person will work for you.
