Mine arrived 2 days (Jan 26) after initial PR email (Jan 24) but others have taken longer.

If it helps your anxieties, when I sent in my application on June 11, 2021, there were still 17,000 slots left out of the 30,000 for Stream B. Up until the end of June, I believe there were roughly 200-300 applications being submitted each day. The number shot up significantly starting the first few days of July. I think the last three weeks saw 50% of applications being submitted.

So as IRCC moves closer to July, the number of applications being submitted per day increases while IRCC's processing capacity remains the same, giving the impression that they're moving slower now.
