do you guys have an idea of how accurate the IRCC application statut tracker is?
i couldn't get an officer on the phone, so i checked the tracker and i found that :
eligibility : completed
medical exam: completed
biometrics: completed
background verification: not started
i am AOR OCT 27TH , the last GU i had was on DEC 15TH, since then nothing changed.
my Background Check on the online protal is still <<Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check >>
does eligibility : completed mean that it's passed?
could something be wrong with my application thus the background check didn't start yet?

Called an agent on the 27th of January 2022 she told me nothing was started... and today:
PPR: 3rd February 2023
I received an email saying that my account was updated!!! Received a PPR letter there!!!
Something weird tho is that my ADR section changed to The document asked on the 9th of December 2022 is under review.
While they never asked for such documents and I've never received any GU. So yeah the GU and the agent information are bullshit in the end.
I copy/past my UCI but it dosn't work it say something wrong with infos or application even not in system :s I'am FSW-O, i already submitted biometrics...this tracker is gonna driving me crazy !!!!
EDIT : it seem that this is tracker only for "sponsorsed" applicant. When i hit "need help creat account, i got this The category isn’t set up in the tracker yet.
The permanent residence tracker is currently only for people sponsoring or being sponsored as a spouse, partner or dependent child."

Tried the link and it worked for me. Found out my medical is still in progress which the agent told me too when I called last week. My spouse's passed his medical lol.

Only shows overall status, eligibility completed, medical in progress, bg check shows not started.
As per agent's info I passed eligibility, info sharing and criminality. Security not started not sure if it's the bg check, if so then the tracker matches the info given to me by the agent.
I finally was able to talk to an agent after gazillion times So, my medical is still under review and security has not started yet. Eligibility, criminality and info sharing already passed. I also received a response for my webform regarding my medical and they said they forwarded it to the office. I really hope it passed as I just found out I'm pregnant.

Secondary VO CPC Ottawa yesss ottawa which I've read from some threads is known for slow processing but still I am happy I was able to call hehe.
So I called IRCC again and no progress from last time. Security for me and my dependent have not started and my medical is still under review since nov 23. She just said that they are processing a lot of medicals and I just have to wait.
