Procedural fairness letter (4months with no update)

Hello people i need your help almost 120 days since i response for procedural fairness letter but didn't get a single update. Did they forget my application or they still working on it? Also when can i except a decision?

It's quite normal to wait many months after a PFL response with no news. Nothing you can really do but wait longer. I don't think any of us can tell you when you can expect a decision.

Oh wow, i already defer my intake to may so do you think they will consider my new admission and finalize it before may?

Your new admission doesn't factor into their decision making. They will take as long as they need to take based on the additional processing time and review required due to the PFL.

I understand that there is no specific time but In your experience you see alot of people get pfl so can you tell me what's the average time they wait before decision?

I don't know the average. All I can tell you is that responses from IRCC can take anywhere from a few days to over a year.

Hello, any updates on your case? I am stuck as well, I was given a PFL three months ago and no update at all. So frustrating

My friend submitted his PFL march 2021. IRCC didn't reply anything till Nov 2022. Die to no response we withdrew that file but when we Applied again for visitor visa in sep 2022. They gave result of 2021 file

I got PFL under section 16(1) that states
My spouse has been arrested on more than one occasion which is untrue. what could be the reason? Can my spouses data be mismatched with someone? Moreover before this they have also asked for USA pcc which wasn’t required because we haven’t been to USA or haven’t applied for USA visa ever. Still we have provided them the same because we haven’t received their reply when we sent them the letter of explanation through webform..
