I received the AOR as PDF in an email today. I don't see the update in my profile about AOR yet and seeing the same error as yours while trying to create an account in the tracking system. I think maybe the system is not updated yet.
Noticed in simuser7 's signature, he/she was able to access the tracker after around 48 hours. So we need to wait I guess.
Yes you need to wait. My access took 6 days after the AOR email. You will get another email titled "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application..." then you know you can access the tracker and see your application

Hi, I got this reply from CIC. How we can prove them what they are asking for? My parents lived in Canada on Visitor Visa before they become PR.
Your application for Canadian citizenship is incomplete. We cannot start processing your application for the following reasons: Physical Presence In our records, we cannot confirm your time in Canada before you became a permanent resident (PR).
To fix this issue
double-check the information in your immigration documents
update or correct your physical presence calculation where applicable
click on the “Calculate my physical presence” button
It takes time to reflect in the system. Give it some more days. If its not working even after a week then you can raise a Technical issue webform. Should work before that.
I would like to offload updating the 2023 sheets to a volunteer. Could someone volunteer to keep the 2023 sheets and this thread and future 2023 threads in sync?

You can track your application status there. Have you already done that?
