Hello, we used the IRCC portal to apply for a supervisa for my mother. I just realized we forgot to include my PR card and the upfront medical document (this wasn't requested in the list of documents to upload but realizing now I should have included it as an additional document). Her application is still just showing 'submitted' as we only submitted it last week. How do I send these documents in and link it to her application? I see mention of a web form on this forum but where do I find that? Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone here see their super visa application disappeared from the IRCC portal after the system maintenance yesterday?
Yes, I am facing the same issue. Not able to see the super visa applications of my parents since yesterday.

Please update if you see any updates around this issue.

Look at the below link, it's clearly mentioned that the PR / Citizenship proof of person inviting should be attached. It is the mandatory doc. So go ahead and include a additional document.

Super visa (for parents and grandparents): How to apply - Canada.ca

Upfront medicals is not mandatory. You can include now or can wait till the IRCC requests for it.

I have question regarding income requirement for applying parents super visa. I have 2 different jobs in the year of 2022 for which I am still waiting to get my T4s to show a proof for income requirement and my wife also had 3 different jobs in 2022 and she still waits to get the T4s. Can we both combine our both of us income as total gross income including 2 of us and my parents for total of 4 people? Please note that my 2 jobs were like 1 I worked then I left and I joined another one. Same for my spouse as well. Kindly guide us.

NOA is better proof compared to T4. I would suggest file your taxes and submit NOA instead.

I have NOAs for myself and my spouse for the year of 2021 not for 2022 as I haven't filed taxes for 2022 yet and I want to apply for supervisa now. Also, If we submit NOAs, then do we need to sublit T4s?

The total income as per line 15000 in NOA for my wife was 38,100 for my spouse and 35,000 for myself. I want to apply my parents supervisa. We are only 2 and if my parents will come then a total of 4 people. Will we be fine to meet Low income cut off requirement? Please help in this.

In that case submit T4s for 2022. You need to submit documents for the most recent year.
