Help re-submitting Spousal Sponsorship Application (UCI question)

Hello. I am the sponsor (Canadian citizen) of my wife (Russian). Our application was returned because of some errors.

Now, I am resubmitting our application but I have a question regarding the UCI number sent to me. In our return letter, they stated a UCI number. The email was addressed to me, the sponsor. Is this UCI my wife's UCI number or did they also give me a UCI number? This is confusing me. I noticed on form 5532 they asked for both the sponsor's and applicant's UCI number- if it is known.

Please help me out with understanding this UCI number before I re-submit our paperwork and if I need to update our forms that ask for it.

If you're not certain whose UCI number it is, leave it blank.

Both you and your wife will have your own UCI numbers, but the Application number will be the same for both of you (also if any dependents are listed on your application, they will each have their own UCI numbers)
If the email is address to you, with your name, that would be your UCI number.
I am sponsoring my spouse and I got the first communication from IRCC. My spouse later got an email and it quoted a different UCI, which was his.

You should update any forms where anything has changed.

I forgot to mention - no problem leaving the UCI blank because you'll be printing and including a copy of this communication, at IRCC they will know to whom that UCI is attributed.

Ok thank you. Do I need to change the dates of our signatures for any forms from my first submission? I already updated addresses. My first submission was in November 2022 and now, of course, it's January 2023.
