yes from UAE and there are two applications, one applied on gckey in Sep 2022 and second applied on ircc portal in Oct 2022 but both are different family members

Hello please i have inquiry
I applied on august and since that i keep checking until yesterday it was we are reviewing your eligibility but today the application disappeared and nothing showing in the application history
Any explanation

its a technical error and just wait for few hours then check

I have the same issue. I received an email from IRCC that they sent me a message regarding my application, however when I tried to log in, I had no history of anything, my application has disappeared.
Were you able to see your application history again?

Seems like some technical issue ongoing. Cause the situation is still like that

I got the same email as well, but nothing is there.
People in another thread have called IRCC automated service and were able to know the status of their applications. I haven't called myself though.

Interesting.. I was really excited to receive the email from IRCC after 9 months of waiting, but seems like it is just part of the technical issue.

You mean using the IRCC Canadian phone number or specifically the office number in the country of applying?

I Applied for visitor visa on 2/6/22 from Dubai , and i already have valid biometric since i visited Canada few years ago , it was shown under Biometric no need and also shown valid up to 2029 , 2 days ago i received BIL and the Biometric status changed to Completed on 29 July 2022.

Your advise please. Shall i do the biometric again ?

i have a friend applied in January 2023 through GC key and wondering if he has to submit a new application using the new IRCC portal.

I think they still attend to the GC Key portal, especially if it's not old application. So, yeah no need to send new application since it's January application
