Did anyone receive ECOPR?
We received credentials on 16 Dec but still waiting for ECOPR.
Submitted on 17 Oct have not received ecopr yet Calgary office
Here are is my timeline:
12 Apr 2022 - AOR for sponsor
4 May - Medical Request
4 May - Biometrics Request
9 May - Biometrics Enrolled
11 May - Passed Medical
28 Jun - Pre-arrival Services Email Received
13 Sept - Passport Request Email (was already in Canada so submitted webform)
21 Oct - Webform received and application transferred to Virtual Landing queue (Calgary VO)
8 Dec - Virtual Landing Email asking for basic info
12 Dec - PR Portal Credentials Email
17 Dec - eCOPR
??? - PR card
I think they were trying to process all the backlogged applications, so hopefully they start moving faster now.
I think it's more application based I have submitted details on 17 Oct have not received ecopr yet it will be 3 months now
I submitted my photo and address in Canada on 10th of Oct, and received eCOPR today... .
Now I have to wait for the PR card!
Does anyone how long this will take?
It may take anywhere from 2 weeks to around 2 months. From personal experience received my eCOPR on December 7,2022 linked my application to GC key same day got an update on December 23, 2022 that they have approved and mailed my PR card received my PR card on January 6, 2023 so it took me a month to get the PR card.

This morning Calgary office replied to my follow-up email indicating that my file is in their queue.
Hope my wait will end soon!

I got this exact same email from IRCC 3 weeks ago but still waiting for ECOPR.

Hey guys, I completed all the steps with portal on 6th October 2022 and still haven't ecopr. I got portal email from Virtual Landing Unit. Anyone waiting for ecopr more than 3 monts? Any updates from VLU ?
