Withdrawal due to personal reasons. College and gic refund

Hello I need help regarding withdrawal from Lambton college. Due to some serious situation I can't move to canada. My intake is may 2023 and I have got visa. So how can I proceed with the process.
I have email college but didn't got any response
My agents is also reluctant in this so I have to do it myself.
2) how can I proceed with GIC refund and do I need to cancel study permit. If yes from where I can cancel the study permit
Plz help me in this case.... It's my humble request

You cannot cancel your study permit, as you already got it. You need to withdraw from your course, then update IRCC with those details. Send the proof that you withdrew to the bank for GIC refund. Contact the bank for further details and procedures.
