The same thing happened to me, I'm based in Mississauga
Is this a bad thing?
It says: After reviewing the biographical information on your application form, there are questions in your case with
regard to sections 21 and/or 22 of the Citizenship Act, explained further on the second page of this letter.

I meet the 21/22 sections are I'm not sure what they are saying.

These sections basically outline prohibitions (criminality etc..) ..FP requests are needed to verify identity to make sure you are not prohibited from citizenship..

But we don't have to go to Vtoancouver...results need to be sent there...there are approved agencies in mississauga and Hamilton....mississauga doesn't not have any appointments for Jan but Hamilton does....I booked for tomorrow

It's at the bottom of the list for me. Search Burnhamthorpe and it should come up.
