Question: They only approved the "Mailing Address", whereas "Photo" is still in review. Is this same for everyone who received COPR recently?

for a first PR card it's more around 4 months currently. At least what IRCC communicate.

Happy for you. What time did u receive your approval on Jan 3rd? Do you have dependents? As I remember your VO is Calgary, isn't it? I am still waiting for my credential. I hope I can get it till this weekend.
