Virtual hearing- decision not given

Hello everyone,

My spouse had the hearing today. It took about 3 hours with 2 breaks in between. Overall we think it well, but the member said they will mail the decision and did not give it on spot. The lawyer thinks it will be a positive decision. Is not giving the decision on bench a bad sign? Any experiences?

No bad sign Its normal. you have to wait minimum one week. I got decision today after one week. It was positive

I need some help I did my PRRA hearing in October 2021 but I have still not received any decision from IRCC over a one year plus am still waiting for my decision do anyone have any experience with my situation.

Apply in May 2022 and finished in December 2022
