I completed my test on Nov 28th, still it is showing as in progress. How we get to know our processing office? I didn't get any processing office details.

from the email which sent you the test invite.. it has something like West Citizenship.. so it has to be van.. its my guess..

Yeah, Just I noticed its SCR scheduling. Means Scarborough I guess.

That's a long wait. Drop an email to the test email address and ask about it.

Test email address has the office info. Like SCR for Scarborough, West for Vancouver etc.

Same here! Still haven't got the email instruction for the test I was scheduled for in Dec!
Yet, got a new test scheduled yesterday for Jan 2022!

Same here as @RyanVan , @Nshardha and @JCE . I even received a third invitation with test window in Jan-Feb 2023. After I emailed [email protected] , they took care of my application and updated the test to completed.

Dec 21, the online tracker received first test invitation with test window between Dec 28 and Jan 18.
Dec 28, took the test.
Jan 3, tracker showed a second test invitation with test window in Jan 9 - Jan 30, *2022*. Emailed IRCC and was told to ignore. (super-fast response in minutes!)
Jan 6, tracker showed a third test invite with test window between Jan 16 - Feb 6, 2023. Emailed again and received an email saying an officer will review my application. (I was replying-all to the previous email and there were actually some additional email addresses that seem to be specific to a certain geolocation. And it was one of those addresses who replied me. I won't disclose them here since it may not apply to everyone.)
Jan 9, online tracker updated with Test Complete showing the completion date as Jan 5.

You can directly go to the online test website and start the test when you are in the test window. No need to wait for the email. This is also from what I got from IRCC.

The only problem with this approach is you may face issue getting Oath email too. So if for some reason you did not get the test email, do go and give the test directly but make sure that you do sort the email issue with IRCC so that you won't face the same issue like Test email.

i applied my citizenship on 05 august 2022. We are four persons in the family (me my wife and 2 children). We received the email for citizenship test on 26 November 2022 and we gave it on 03 December 2022. But I forgot to scan my photo ID during the exam. On 05 December 2022 I received an email from Saskatoon CRA asking me to please send me your photo ID and I emailed immediately. And on the same day my wife's file was updated that the exam was completed but still not updated in my file…. Any idea why it’s not update in my file ???

It's strange that both my wife and I didn't receive the test invitation email (we have different Gmail addresses, separated applications and we got the test invitation in tracker sytem on different dates). But both of us can receive the online test link on the test day. It also appears to be fine for any other previous emails like online application confirmation and AOR. I guess it's just one-time glitch which only occurs in sending test invitations and hopefully it doesn't happen again

I had a similar issue when taking the test. My PR card wasn’t uploaded properly, so I had to scan and send the copy of the PR to the agent via email. It took them around 2 and a half weeks to update on my tracker to “Completed”.
