I used an old medical which I gave for work permit in DEC 21, that medical got expired and they asked for a new one.
I think upfront medical when not asked for a new one will cause more problems, when they request a new medical the UMI or something similar gets changed. Best to wait for remedical, sometimes the agent also extends medical date for sone period.
Update: Got ADR for Schedule A for me and spouse. Spouse PCC for Australia (stayed there on tourist visa for 60days only) and source of funds for a particular transaction in my Proof of funds. It was a transfer from my NZ account to My Australian account.
Yes, this is what is required and you must submit it. But the case officer can ask for PCC for any other country where you were in the last 10 years or since your 18th birthday.

I see. I also used the one I used for OWP. Since the memoramdum that we can use the old medicals within 5 years came out, I did not do upfront. Hopefully my medical passes soon
My ADR status changed to "Not applicable" and my background check changed from "we are processing your background check" to "your application is in progress"
My ADR was related to the RPRF and the proof of divorce from my husband's last relationship
