and as we speak, I did not receive separate credential - as submitted via online portal (Non-express entry), Just received email stating separate case created - Permanent Residence Confirmation

Hello, I have been waiting for my ecopr and still have not received it. I need to travel in 20 days for a duration of 14 days, can I re-enter Canada with my work permit and visitor visa?

yess you can , until you receive ecopr you still on work permit.
