Did the ghost update on November 23 change your background check status from "We are processing" to "In progress," i.e. IP2 -> IP1?
My AOR was on October 20, and my first GU happend just 6 days later after yours.

No nothing changed since biometric linked. My background has always been "we are processing". I was expecting another GU, but the portal letter came first!

Hey Bro
How did you get hold off an IRCC agent who gave you info about your application. Every time I call, My application info is read automatically ( date application received, your back ground check is processing etc etc) and at last they they ask to press 0 to talk to an agent, however due to large number of calls we cannot connect you to an agent message comes, and call gets disconnected. Its been 3 weeks that I'm trying.

What is portal 2 email? Is it eCOPR?

They created my account in the portal and sent me the user name and password ect in this email. I need to log in to confirm my status in Canada and submit PR photo for their review. eCOPR will come after IRCC approved my PR photo.
