Per my understanding, AOR is usually initiated immediately after completing the payment transaction. If your payment was successful and still waiting for AOR, try raising a webform query.

I received email that thr application and received payment received receipt as well. I did raise webform

No one knows how long it takes for certain. Probably before 6 months ‍
