PR confirmation portal timelines

If one is already inside Canada, can they use the attachment in the PR confirmation e-mail to get their updated SIN / OHIP?
Or do I have to wait for the eCOPR / PR card for it? I am in Ontario.

From what I have read, you need to wait until your eCOPR (or PR card).

You can get temporary 1 year OHIP using PR approval email. I already got one.

Yes I am waiting since Oct 4th. Haven't received eCOPR.

I am waiting since 12th October-2022 for my COPR and new PR card.

You should be fine. There are many of us waiting a similar time to you or much longer, but the published wait times are currently quite long, so this is not something to worry about. It is a bit frustrating, but the hard work is done for you and all of us in a similar situation. Good luck! Hopefully things will start moving faster in the New Year.

Once we receive the PR confirmation email- can we still enter canada with valid work permit and TRV stamped on passport or does it become invalid ?
