Citizenship Certificate After Oath

We are in the same boat. Nov 9th, virtual, Niagara office. My status never changed to closed, oath ceremony shows still in progress. They told us 2-4 weeks though. But still nothing yet.

It is 4-6 weeks. I called up IRCC today and they told to wait until the end of 6 weeks (26th Dec)

I called them at 8 AM EST on 1-888-242-2100 and the sequence 1 and UCI and then 11411.

I tried this 2 times, received a reply saying this email is used only for sending documents, they want me to fill out the web form which they never reply to.

I emailed them since the online status still shows as “In-progress” and got a reply within an hour saying they received the form and that they mailed the certificate. Oath was with Halifax office.

Update regarding my situation, we received the certificates as of yesterday!!! What a present for holidays.
Here below is my process history, by the way on tracker last update is from Oct 22nd and oath ceremony still shows in progress

Hello,

Did any one gave oath ceremony in November? I gave it on November 23 but still haven’t received citizenship certificate. On December,01 tracker showed “congratulations your are Canadian Citizen your application has closed” but now it show Oath ceremony is in progress again. Did anyone experienced this situation. Please help.

Just check my progress above your post, had my ceremony on Nov 9th and just received certificate yesterday. Still shows in progress.

My Oath Ceremony is schedule on June 22, today I called IRCC for address change, as per agent if that's the case and If I change the address, then auth ceremony might get reschedule due to address change as my local office processing my file move the file to different office.
Now I moved to new location just recently and if I show my Driving license during oath ceremony will it cause any issue ?

So did you oath on time?still same office?no transfer happen?

Is it that it takes one month for visa office to print and mail - or is it the Canada post that takes it so much of time to deliver?

i think so, after ceremony, sooner you sign and e-mail the oath form, sooner you get the certificate.

I think it is both, I had my oath on 9th Nov, someone that had oath on the same day told on another forum that they were printed on 29th Nov, received mine on 19th Dec. But every office works different, some people received earlier than me.

I also took my oath on 9th Nov 2022(virtual, SCR) and my status was closed on Nov 25th 2022. Still waiting for my certificate. I was told it will take around 4-6 weeks to receive my certificate during ceremony. Strange enough last week my online status was once again changed to In-Progress not sure why.

When i called up IRCC on Dec19, they told it is already mailed out on 14th Nov and asked me to wait until the end of 6 weeks (26th Dec) and call them back if haven't receive by then.

Yes, it is both either delay in visa office to print and mail - or from Canada post. In my case it seems like Canada post delay. So waiting...

Is it possible to request an expedited citizenship certificate? If yes, how can this request be made?
