I am going to temper your expectations here - just because you got AOR & PAL in 1 month doesn't mean you'll get portal anytime soon. The standard processing time is 22 months and the fastest fluke applications we've seen are 6-8 months, with the majority taking 11-15 months. They may do your AOR & PAL in a month sure, but expect to hear nothing for many more months.
6 - 8 months - Fluke? Yeah, thats like express entry fast
11 - 15 months - Lucky, considering the non-express processing times!
20 - 22+ months - Not so lucky - perhaps some sins in past life or karma at play
Though, eventually to be approved if all the supporting documents are good.

Remember, it also depends on how fast you get AOR. If you get AOR within a month or two after submitting your application, then your processing time SHOULD relatively (not saying will) be faster, unless they keep delaying the application on purpose.

I do think they keep delaying the application on purpose. Before pandemic, AOR was relatively fast, but still the overall processing time was very slow.
For myself, I got DM on Nov. 16, but still no portals. They just have many ways to delay the process, like not sending portals, or even after portals, not giving COPRs (many are waiting for months after portal 2 for COPRs.)
Where do you see if it remains as "Not Started"?
Mine shows this:

"as per the IRCC call center"
Everyone's is the same. It will be this way until the day you have approval.
How did you even get through the call centre? I've been calling every day and can't get through - I'd also like to know my VO and what steps.
You gotta try at least 30 times, that's what I did lmao.

Most people if not everyone who applied Oct and Nov getting AOR. And here I’m, applied Sep 27th didn’t receive AOR yet. Called IRCC last week and they told me my application is in prospective stage (not sure what that means). Any idea how long it can take to get AOR ?
Finally Got AOR Today!!
My question is that few days back I changed my email ID on phone with IRCC and in my GC key at same time, but I got my AOR on old email address.
So during linking my application,do I need to change my gc key email Id again to old one to remove conflict or it is okay to keep new ID in gc key and linking file with it?
Anyone faced the same issue before?
Also do we get ADR in same email of AOR? I saw some discussion on this group about people not getting ADR but they get final warnings for submission.

Hello everyone, can anyone help me with understanding of the process steps till copr or PR, means i got AOR and ADR and I submitted my ADR yesterday and now what will next happen?
It seems they are giving out portals to Dec 2021/Jan 2022 applicants. I think we March people should get something either in Jan or Feb of the new year.
Thanks for your response...
