NOC 21222 3 Year Exp. But No PNP

Hi Team,

I have 3+ Canadian exp. under NOC 21222 , I checked under this NOC BC and Alberta may be requirement. I created my Profile under Express entry. it's showing PNP is not met.

Please suggest is that wrong in my profile or i need to submit new profile under ths.

What is your CRS score? Do you have a job offer? What provinces did you select. If no job offer, not eligible for BC or many provinces. Alberta is based on CRS score and whether your NOC is selected. They don’t publish NOCs selected plus with the Tech program you need a job offer.
