I went with family for passport surrender application today at BLS, 60 Gillingham Dr Unit 401A, Brampton, ON L6X 0Z9
Booked 3 separate appointments for family of 3 (about 2 weeks in advance)
Online signed application, copy of DL, copy of citizenship certificate, self declaration for non-availability of Canadian passport, 1 photo and Indian passport copy
All photo copies were self attested
Minor applicant signed herself
Paid $160.10 for each applicant with return courier
Appointment time at 11.50PM and there were 5 running counters. They were running late by 20 minutes
BLS staff were asking to retake pictures with some reasons
We were out from BLS in 35-40 minutes
As it is known, no more walk-in applications so book appointment as and when it is open for booking

We paid about $151 per applicant, which included surrender application, tracking services and photographs.
For the return courier BLS told us that it will take 25$ per applicant on top, which we said no for.
We did that at BLS Brampton
I haven't. On the Passport Seva website it has been printed as of Wednesday.
Hopefully by mid next week I should get the status updated on the BLS website

I don't see any appointments availbalein Brampton office for for whole December month reg surrender certificate. How and where you booked apapointment ? Can we do walkin ?

I paid $30 for courier in addition to below mentioned fees. Lady at counter insisted to get new photo but I had photo done from professional photographer in Walmart, so she went in to speak with someone and no new photo. Total per person was $160.10 including courier service only.
