I got my WP in just under 4 months, you're almost there. Plus I applied at same time for my PR. But it's in dead mode rn.
Has anyone been able to sign into their IRCC account today? Can't seem to sign in, neither on CRA account somehow
Thank you maxiie.

You are very helpful for me.

I want to believe so. Last time I opened my account, status window changed to "update status/profile" and at eligibility, the message changed to "we are checking...".

That is the last change.

But this was happened after talking with IRCC officer. So it seems they did not nothing until my action.

I have already paid for CBSA note for both PR and OWP. But no answers yet.

Thanks! I applied on May 7th, 2021. IG stream (Inland), AOR Sep 2022. I have not checked daily GU or written them down. I just followed up when I received an update on my GC-Key Account. However, I just started receiving ADRs on Oct 31st. I do not know which office handled it - I hope this helps, and apologies I did not follow up thoroughly.
That was really quick processed by officer, since you said AOR received on September 2022 and them ARD October, after that you got approved and email confirmed. BIG congrats brother!

if the profile got updated under OWP, then keep checking your mails, cuz it's getting approved this week and you will get it by end of this week or by next week

Hello everyone. I got my medical passed again and received one ghost update after that as well. I called them, and the agent said that only criminality is left. For me, it took just a couple of weeks to pass the security, eligibility, and medical reassessment. I asked the agent twice to make sure that everything else is passed except criminality. Hopefully, everyone will get updates about their files as well. :)
P.S: AOR Mid-Feb and Stream B June 1st week. No ADR.

Thanks maxiie.

I had believed so. Because, I actually have seen your comments so long time. Namely I was ROM.

So seeing your timeline of OWP, I believed that I would get some action at last Friday, 18th or at least today, 21th (because 19th and 20th is weekend).

But now, I got email from IRCC. And it says "you will maintain your current status upcoming 120day". That is it.

I never seen someone who got this in this forum.

Very tired to wait.

I had applied this programme at 15th July 2021 and open work permit at 27th July exact 4 month before of my current work permit expires.

But they say just "we are checking your eligibility". for each application. Even though my work permit expires within 10 days.

Dose some one have any idea what is going on and what happens next?
We are all waiting & no one can say exactly what is happening with any one case but we know, in general, that there are many reasons given for delays: Covid closures & delays in Canada & abroad, increased Refugee claims, the war in Ukraine, training new staff to help with backlogs, implementing new processes & automation, trying to rebalance backlogs between different lines, an increase in applications in most immigration lines, more webform requests, more call centre calls, more MP requests, and the list goes on.

Also, you may already know this but just remember that you can continue to work even after your work permit expires under MAINTAINED status. I worked under Maintained for over 3 years from 2019 to 2022. Best wishes.

Thank you Cher Amie.

You have got your PR haven't you? Let me congrats your success.

Yes. You are right. Everyone knows that we are in the very difficult situation for recent 3 years. That is same for the officials of this country. Everyone was banded there hand and foot almost 2 years and someone lost their home in their country.

But, Let me just say this (This is not to a specific person. This is just a scream from my soul)

If Canada says themselves as country of freedom, they should give us freedom of choice of occupation at least.

No, I don’t have PR yet. See my signature for my timeline. Applied June 10, 2021. AOR 11 months later, May 10, 2022 and a due date (according to recent GCMS notes) on my file of May 9, 2023, which might just be a maximum date for processing but regardless could be another 12 months after AOR.

Sorry for my misunderstanding on your name and time line, CherAmie.

My time line is as follows.

Applied: 15th July 2021
linked : 5th July 2022
AOR : 6th July 2022
Date received by IRCC : 15th July 2022
OWP application : 27th July 2022
OWP status update and maintain status confirmation email : 22nd Nov. 2022

My current visa expires 30th Nov. 2022 (Originally 26th).

As Maxiie said above, my application timeline is almost same as him (just one month late?).

I believe the projection you are referring to is for Foreign Skilled Workers, not the overall PR back log or just TR2PR.
I think so too.

In my opinion, this TR to PR Pathway timeline is driven by applicants "dead line", like visa expiration date for work permit renewal (I want to believe so), 1 year from AOR issued or date received by IRCC for PR decision.

That is why they, officers can only says "there are no specific time line for TR to PR Pathway."

This is my understanding from open source, like this forum.

This is under current circumstances, of course.

They, IRCC must have their own hidden timeline for TR to PR Pathway. At least, like, rough criterion.

The problem is they hide it.

Can somebody else analyse it from open source date?
