I am also BCPNP Inland candidate with one inland dependent. My AR is of same month as yours. 5Nov 2021. I got my PAL and eagerly waiting for Portal 1, 2 and ECOPR.

I also received portal 1 letter in my email rather than GCKey. Document states that my PR has been approved but document doesn't contain any barcode at all. It asked me to reply to it with this information below. Is this document and request is legit ?

 Are you currently inside Canada:
