Hey,

I do not understand the question. why would the calculations have different start dates?

The eligibility end date will always be 1 day b4 you submit/sign the application, not understanding the start date question.

Yes CIT 0002(01-2022)E is the most recent in the application package

i am filling up application form under question 9 eligibility its automatic giving me a --day off for form to start date eg 2017-11-13 to 2022-11-13 but on online calculator eligibility period is 2017-11-14 to 2022-11-13 so its off by one day its not allowing me to fill 2017-11-14

Ohh I see, I just tried and got the same. it is calculating 5yrs to the day. haha I have no idea how to help you there buddy.

I would just fill it as accurately as possible and you will attach a copy of the online calculation once you have more than the 1095+ day then you should be good. but I will refer to people on here who did paper applications as to how they fixed that problem.

The form Auto generates a FROM date when the TO date is entered and is Generating a FROM date 5 yrs to the exact date you entered.

Hope someone else on here comments and help you as to how they fixed that problem.

Online applications tend to receive AORs faster. For Online Applications, those that were submitted end of Oct and beginning of Nov are now receiving them. For Paper applications, those that were delivered around Oct 4 are seeing AORs.... You can look for more trends in the google sheets (link in signature)

So we used to link our application for PR etc. Is this anything similar for Citizenship application as well. I see that my CIC account can't be used to link citizenship app. Also, my ECAS is not showing up the progress

ECAS is available only for paper applicants. You'll need to use the Citizenship tracker:
https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/

It takes about 48-72h from receiving AOR to be able to register with the tracker... Keep trying. Lots of people are having issues creating accounts. If you do after a week or so, send a webform under technical issues and attach screenshots

Hi,

A quick question to people who have received their AORs or who know how that works.

Do you get the AORs through the day or at everyone gets one at a specific time, just want to understand if it's worth being anxious all day when I receive an email or to look out for any emails at say 10:00 am (the specific time)? People who received their AORs already, when did you get them?

Just FYI for people submitting online applications as of today (2022-11-21), physical presence calculator is now integrated with the application. You don't need to calculate and upload a pdf file. This makes it a lot more convenient
